Refund & Cancellation

For returning any product purchased online or via store, you are required to notify the company within 48 hours of delivery or purchase through outlet. We will not be able to accept damaged/defective, wrong product shipped if we have been notified later than 48 hours from receipt of the package. The item you want to return must be unused and accompanied with its original packaging and tags in an unwashed & undamaged condition.

The cancellation policy covers the guidelines i.e. the customer must cancel his/her order within 24 hours of booking. If the customer doesn’t cancel his/her order than there will be no refund of money if he/she made an online payment.
